El Grill
The best of culinary cultures come together under a thatched-roof palapa in "El Grill". It's a sizzling and casual choice for lunch and dinner, located poolside, within the gardens. Here you'll find all your lunch favorites: pizza, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as delicious house specialties of fish, chicken or beef.

Bugambilias
An international buffet breakfast served with the choice of eating
indoors or select outdoor seating with a breath taking terrace view of the water and neighboring marina.

Carioca
Carioca is our signature a la carte restaurant (also included with the all-inclusive package) perched on a cliff in an exotic Palapa overlooking the bay. In it, our international chef prepares contemporary dishes that are bound to please even the most discerning palate. After 11:00pm the area transforms into a disco where guests can dance the night away to great music while enjoying a variety of specialty drinks and top shelf spirits.

La Trattoria
Dine under the stars at our a la carte Italian bistro with candlelit red and white checkered tables. Dishes Include Italian classics such as "Insalata Cesare" done Barceló Karmina style and "Lasagna della casa" with grilled chicken, vegetables, parmesan and mozzarella cheese in a bechamel sauce, served over a fresh pomodoro sauce.

Theme Night Dinners
Evening buffets are served under the glistening star filled Manzanillo sky in our outdoor Mayan theater. For example, there are theme buffet dinner nights such as Caribbean night, and Japanese night. Every night, 7 days a week there's an exciting dinner show that all family members are sure to enjoy.

Taco Bar
Located right next to the beach, guests can step on up and serve themselves to Tacos and all the fixings or if they prefer, there are always hotdogs and hamburgers are grilled to order. And of course, no snack would be complete without a side order of fries to go with it.

No all inclusive Mexican vacation would be complete without the traditional and exotic beverages that vacationers have come to expect and enjoy. For added convenience and value, brand and top shelf spirits are included in the Barceló Karmina Palace All-Inclusive plan.
